The Implicit Order is Anthony Washburn, occasionally with other collaborators. He lives in Kentucky, USA, and was very active in the cassette underground of the 1990s. It is unknown whether or not he still currently records.
The Implicit Order released several tapes through the limited tape-trading distribution of the cassette underground, including "Compiled", "They Live in the Sky", and "Psychic and Noetic Action", all out of print. They also released a CD on Belgium's EE Tapes (still available) called "Ethric Doubles", and a highly recommended collaborative CD release with 'kirchenkampf' on Cohort Records (also still available).
Vuzh Music has re-released a collaboration between the Implicit Order and C. Reider called "Opposing Theories". It is available for FREE DOWNLOADhere
The Implicit Order also has music on the three way split CD "Triple Occupancy", still available through this site, here.
