What was the last music you heard that shocked you and made you think “This is the sound of the future!” ?
The last that shocked me!
Citizens arrest! Ever! Fast political raging hardcore! Heard them a few years the 1st time, my thoughts: damn! so much power and intention! Absolute intensity!
A few days I found an old tape with ” colossus” – blast again! Haha!
and the four guys singing in “srubs” … somewhere over the rainbow.whuuhu
Posted by alwin | September 7, 2009 10:03 pmActually, there was a very nice piece of Mid-Eastern-flavored techno in the soundtrack to the film “Syriana”, right near the climax of the film, that I thought was impressive. There could be a lot more like that. Like Muslimgauze but smoother.
